Anatomy of a NIH Program Announcement |
What is a NOSI? Notices of Special Interest, or NOSIs are announcements found NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts that describes a specific topic an Institute or Center is interested in supporting. The NOSI directs applicants to active funding opportunities (FOA) that can be used to submit. NOSIs typically do not include information regarding application deadlines, budget or award administration. Instead, NOSIs refer to the active FOAs for any requirements and instructions. Here’s an example of where the NOSI number should be listed on the NIH face page. |
