We all know how difficult it is to get someone hired lately, the applicant pool is limited and the HR process can be frustrating. However, we also have access to Randstad, a global behemoth in contract hiring, to jumpstart the process. They offer recruitment, hiring, and payment support. And the stated time to get someone on board is on the order of weeks rather than months!

    1. Enter a new request by filling out the JHU New User Form

    2. Intake Meeting scheduled by Randstad with hiring manager

    3. Internal approvals

  4. On-Boarding Process
