How does it work?: Answer the PHIRST application questions and upload forms from BSPH IRB website.
How do I get help?: Consult the PHIRST User Guide and PHIRST FAQs as if needed; email bsph.phirsthelp@jhu.edu.
Who can submit?: Only the Principal Investigator (PI) may submit applications.
