TimesheetX for Employers

TimesheetX is a software for time-keeping meant for hourly-paid and full-time enrolled students and part-time/casual staff at all schools and business centers. It is a straightforward tool for employers and student employees both to keep a record of hours logged in at work and ensure transparency for compensation.

Here’s a how-to guide to navigate through it and approve them:

 

 

 

 

How to:

  1. Visit the TimesheetX portal and log in using 'On Campus Employers Training and Resources” Tab. Enter your JHED ID and password and you will be redirected to the dashbaord.

2. Tap on to the ‘TimesheetX’ tab and open ‘TimesheetX Employer Home (to do items)' to review the timesheets.

3. After locating the appropriate timesheet,userscan:•Hoveron the magnifying glass symbolto the right side to review details,

  • Click on the magnifying glass symbol to view more details about the appropriate timesheet, pay period, hire details of the respective individual, OR

  • Click on the applicable employee’s name to view the timesheet and hiring details.

4. Finally, after reviewing the appropriate timesheet(s), navigate and click Approveforfinal approval of the timesheet. You will be directed to input your electronic signature by entering your first and last name. Once you have entered your name, click Approve and Sign This Timesheet to finish approving the timesheet.
