Purpose	Survey building, analysis, and reporting.
HIPAA Compliant?	No (HIPPA preferred)
Description/ How it works	Log onto JH Qualtrics platform and click on the “Projects” tab to “create project” and choose between a survey, dashboard, or frontline feedback. Then use “Survey” tab to use templates and follow instructions to create the survey/project. Once created, publish the project and begin to administer the survey/project to desired participants through a weblink or email using the “Distributions” tab within the project. Once surveys are completed, use “Data and Analysis” tab to view and clean survey data, use “Results” tab to view summaries of each survey question. Once data review and cleaning is complete, use “Reports” tab to generate visualizations for the survey results.
Fees	Qualtrics is a free, cloud-based data collection and analysis program available to all Johns Hopkins faculty, students, and staff.
