AI in Grant Writing
This policy update released by the NIH, which was effective September 25, 2025, refers to the appropriate usage of Artificial Intelligence to maintain the originality of the research application process.
However, the NIH has not published comprehensive guidance on how to use AI when writing grants. For this reason, research@BSPH recommends proceeding with caution when using AI to approach research writing.
