🌱 Overview

JHOneDrive is the personal cloud storage component of the Office 365 product suite that allows users to store and share documents and files from any device with an internet connection, free of charge. In addition to 5 TB of free storage space per user, JHOneDrive also allows you to share documents with colleagues easily – even those who may not be affiliated with Johns Hopkins or have JHED accounts.

How To:

 All JHU faculty, staff and students have automatic access to one drive as employees. Click here to access.

OneDrive can be used to share data and collaborate with people outside of Hopkins.

However, care should be taken when sharing data that is sensitive:

  • Storage Allotment: 5TB per account

  • Max File Size: 250 Gb

  • Max items per folder: 10,000
