Qualtrics

Purpose

Survey building, analysis, and reporting.

Description/

How it works

  • Log onto JH Qualtrics platform and click on the “Projects” tab to “create project” and choose between a survey, dashboard, or frontline feedback.

  • Then use “Survey” tab to use templates and follow instructions to create the survey/project.

  • Once created, publish the project and begin to administer the survey/project to desired participants through a weblink or email using the “Distributions” tab within the project.

  • Once surveys are completed, use “Data and Analysis” tab to view and clean survey data, use “Results” tab to view summaries of each survey question.

  • Once data review and cleaning is complete, use “Reports” tab to generate visualizations for the survey results.

Fees

Qualtrics is a free, cloud-based data collection and analysis program available to all Johns Hopkins faculty, students, and staff.
