JHU OneDrive | JHOneDrive is the personal cloud storage component of the Office 365 product suite that allows users to store and share documents and files from any device with an internet connection. In addition to 5 TB of free storage space per user, JHOneDrive also allows you to share documents with colleagues easily – even those who may not be affiliated with Johns Hopkins or have JHED accounts. | |
OneDrive-JHSPH | OneDrive-JHSPH is a file storage and file sharing solution in the Microsoft cloud for faculty, staff, and students. With OneDrive, you can store files in the cloud and access them anywhere with an active internet connection. | |

JHU MyCloud | Hopkins MyCloud Desktop is designed to provide access to all your Johns Hopkins applications and data from any computer and most mobile devices. The system provides a roaming desktop experience, personalized with your desktop preferences. MyCloud Desktop includes Windows 10, Office, and the full range of applications needed for most computer users at Johns Hopkins. When you sign up for this service, you’ll receive welcome email with instructions to your Johns Hopkins email account. MyCloud Desktop is available to all Johns Hopkins Medicine personnel. | |
JHSPH Sharepoint | MyJHSPH is a web-based portal service running on Microsoft SharePoint that is designed to bring many school and University-wide services to one place. With user controlled private web sites, secure document storage, easy to navigate directories, and comprehensive contacts and people searches, MyJHSPH has increased collaboration and sharing by providing robust group and team gathering spots. Whether it’s a large research grant, a group of students working on a project, or a personal web site, MyJHSPH provides the tools needed to work more effectively. | |
Joint High Performance Computing Exchange (JHPCE) | The Joint High Performance Computing Exchange (JHPCE) is a High-Performance Computing (HPC) facility in the Department of Biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. This fee-for-service core is a long-standing collaborative effort between Biostatistics and the Computational Biology & Research Computing group in the department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology. The facility is open to all Johns Hopkins affiliated researchers. |
