1. Disclose via eDisclose, the JHU online disclosure system: https://edisclose.jhu.edu.

2. Login using your JHED credentials

3. Click on the Create Disclosure button on the left side of the screen

4. Answer all disclosure application questions

5. Click “Finish” on final page to submit

6. Following a review, look for a management plan from eDisclose
