We all know how difficult it is to get someone hired lately, the applicant pool is limited and the HR process can be frustrating. However, we also have access to Randstad, a global behemoth in contract hiring, to jumpstart the process. They offer recruitment, hiring, and payment support. And the stated time to get someone on board is on the order of weeks rather than months!

Federal Work Study

Federal Work-Study is a federally funded program that pays a portion of the student’s wage. In some cases, FWS covers the entire wage, depending on the type of position (i.e., America Reads, etc.). Employers hiring students must make a note of the FWS award.
